We are able to provide one-to-one counselling sessions for teens aged 13–17 with one of our Children & Young Person qualified counsellors 💬🧠

If you’re 13+, you can self-refer to the service by emailing contact@citc.team or leaving a voicemail  on 0808 196 3483. Please include your name, age, and the best contact number or email address so we can get back to you.

One of our Children & Young Persons practitioners will be in touch to talk through your needs and help arrange your first appointment 🗓️

💛 You’re not “too young” to have serious feelings.

Did you know we work directly with schools and colleges to support young people just like you?

We offer counselling and wellbeing support on-site at schools, in our community hubs, and even during the holidays — because looking after your mental health shouldn’t stop when school does.

If you think your school or college could benefit from extra support, let them know about us!

There’s no obligation — they can simply get in touch and have a chat to see how we might be able to help. Let’s work together to make sure every young person in our community feels supported
