At Counselling in the Community, we know that when you reach out for counselling, waiting can feel difficult. That’s why we’ve created Help to Help – a way to access sessions within seven working days while also helping others in our community.

For £40 per session (still below the local market rate)

This service is for those who can afford to and choose to contribute a little more, helping us keep our doors open for everyone – so no one is ever left behind.

With Help to Help, you can:

  • Help Us keep our doors open and services running.

  • Help You receive a counselling session within seven working days.

  • Help Others by contributing towards sessions for people who can’t afford to pay.

Important – Please Read Before Booking

The Help to Help service is designed to provide fast-tracked support, meaning we aim to offer you a session within seven working days.

To make this possible, we kindly ask that you provide multiple availability options for your sessions. If your availability is limited to very specific times, we may not be able to fulfil this timeframe.

Interested in Choosing This Service?

First of all, thank you. Your kindness helps us continue supporting others while making sure you receive the care you need.

To get started, please fill out the form below, and use the contact info at the end of the form to arrange your first session.

Help to Help

We do our best to match you with the right counsellor based on the information you provide. However, sometimes during sessions, it might become clear that your needs would be better supported by a counsellor with different experience or specialisms. If that happens, your counsellor will talk it through with you and explain the next steps to make sure you get the best support possible.
